Free dry run
Send us your products CSV. Within 48 hours you get a private preview link with your catalogue on it, the importer's problem list row by row, and a plain verdict on each product under our hosting policy. Nothing is signed, nothing is charged, and the preview cannot be found by search engines.
What comes back
- A private address with your products, variants, prices, photographs and collections on it, so you can click through your own store on our platform.
- The importer's report: every row it could not read, every image it could not fetch, every handle that would collide, with the fix.
- A verdict per product: allowed, conditional, or refused, with the reason.
- A written go-live estimate, and a written date if you go ahead.
How to get the file
In Shopify: Products, then Export, then All products, plain CSV, all columns. The export checklist covers the rest of your data; for the dry run, the products file is enough.
